Cancellation Policy

Unilateral Agreement Acknowledgement of Risk and Responsibility: I acknowledge that participating in the hike organized by Zentir entails inherent risks, such as physical exertion, unpredictable terrain, and exposure to the elements. I understand that I am voluntarily choosing to participate in the hike and assume full responsibility for any consequences that may arise. Waiver of Liability: I understand and accept that Zentir assumes no liability for any personal injuries, property damage, or other harm that may occur during the hike. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being during the activity and must exercise caution to prevent injuries or damages. Use of Issuer-provided Equipment: I agree to use any equipment or tools provided by Zentir at my own risk. I understand that it is my responsibility to use such equipment properly and safely, and I absolve Zentir of any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from their use. Release of Claims: I hereby waive and release any claims, demands, or causes of action against Zentir, its agents, representatives, employees, or affiliates, arising from any damages, injuries, or loss of property that may occur during or as a result of the hike. Photographic Release: I grant Zentir the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or videos taken during the hike for promotional and marketing purposes, including advertising and social media. Agreement to Terms: By attending this event, I explicitly agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this unilateral agreement, including the assumption of risk, waiver of liability, and granting of photographic rights. This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Cancellation Policy To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be communicated to Zentir at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. Regrettably, cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
